Policies

 

  • If calling for an appointment, please call before 6PM. After 6PM leave a message and I will return your call to schedule you. Or send me a message in the "Contact Us" section for an appointment. I appreciate you understanding that my work life and personal life are seperate.

 

  • Children are welcome, with the expectation that you will keep an eye on them since there are hazards in the salon that can be very dangerous (scissors, hot tools, chemicals). There is also a policy in the salon suite building I work within to keep children from running the hallways and disturbing other businesses and patrons.

 

  • LATE POLICY: If you're going to be 15 minutes or more late, please call to let me know so I can check for availability in my schedule or reschedule you. It is difficult for me to give you the service you deserve if you are too late. I would be rushed because there is another client after you and I want to begin their service as on time as possible.

 

  • CANCELLATIONS: I completely understand things happen. It happens to me too! This is the way I make my living so if you are able to let me know you won't be able to make your appointment I would deeply appreciate it. That way I can open up my schedule for another client. 

  • No Shows: If you miss your appointment time without notice, I will contact you as a reminder. After a second offense, I will require a 20% downpayment on your next appointment in order to schedule you. If you do not show again, the 20% fee will be kept. 

  • I accept credit and debit cards, as well as cash. Personal checks will be accepted only from known clients with good standing.

 

  • Enjoy yourself while you're here! I want you to relax and have a fantastic time getting pampered!
